To come back to Devon Valley is a trip down memory lane. We have been coming back for more than 30 years and the standard has just been super over the years!! Lovely setting, luxury rooms and excellant food ensure a most delightful and memorable holiday experience.

Great carvey buffet (Sunday Lunch). Salads and cream of mushroom soup; Lamb, pork, chicken pie and oxtail with roast potatoes and various veggies; assorted deserts, cheeses and coffee. Wonderful. But the plates were cold for the hot dishes and hot for the cold dishes.

Venue is perfect for conferences or workshops. As a getaway from city life its very quiet and serene. Food is wonderful. Gave it a 4 because all the soups were very salty for me would have appreciated given the option to add your own. Felt very safe, staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Had a great stay! The rooms where very clean and the view was amazing. Nothing quite like waking up on a vineyard before a long day of meetings. The restaurant also has amazing service and the food was very well prepared. My compliments to the chef.

My thanks to all the staff for going the extra mile.

What an awesome place, hidden right on our doorstep. Fantastic friedly staff, who even offered us a room to change our baby in as there were no facilities to do so in the rest room. Fantastic buffet, awesome restaurant, drinks a tad on the expensive side, but to be expected at hotel prices. Highly recommend a visit, and we will be booking a room for our anniversary in September, it was that good. Thanks Lydene, Edgar (Edmund?) and Goodwill. Great hosts and brilliant hospitality.

Great hotel with fantastic views over the valley. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. Pool area could do with a little improvement (bar service) but other than that an excellent hotel.

Beautiful, charming hotel overlooking vineyards and mountains. Variety of rooms to suit every need. 2 restaurants and more than one pool. The main hotel pool is large and set amongst the trees. Food is good quality. You'll never want to leave.

Great location, fantastic view, nice personell, good food. Really nothing to complain about for those prices. The guest where, however, a little bit too superficial, judging a normal person by its clothing. But that doesn't bother me much. So all in all a great place to stay during the vacations in South africa.

Friendly and helpful staff. Was there for a film shoot. Really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch. Didn't use a room, but got a glimpse. They seem sizable and comfortable. Just a precaution, you could pay up to R40 to have more drinking water to your room. Not sure what the tap water is like.

We often go there for the buffet breakfast, it is really good. The setting is wonderful, the service excellent and although some may think the breakfast expensive, it is worth every cent.
