Decent and affordable hotel in capetown with spacious rooms. Downside is that you vs an only have WiFi in the reception area and to in the rooms. They also need to change their capets which have an offish smell

Clean and good service. My only gripe is that the shower only let out hot water. Imagine taking a shower where the only temperature is scalding, especially when you're mildly sunburnt.

This was the perfect place for my son and I to start our adventure in SA. All staff were helpful and friendly, excellent breakfast buffets that we enjoyed pool side each morning, assistance with ride planning, an easy walk to a few fun restuarants, and a nice 1.5 walk to the waterfront. Quiet at night. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Poor buffet breakfast- but expensive. Archaic decor. I got the impression there is low staff moral, however I think this is symptomatic of bad management. Someone needs to buy the place and put in a little bit of money and they'll get an amazing asset

Old place, no elevator. Out of maintenance in most of the venues. The hot water wasn't constant. It is well located.

Decent budget accommodation with friendly staff and surprising amenities. Location is perfect for getting in and around the city. Please don't expect modern finishes or world class services, however, the place is lovely and a good stay.

Room: Basic but comfortable. Could do with a renovation.

Bathroom: Bath/Shower combo. Shower head was too low and wasn't adjustable

Wifi: Only in lobby and certain rooms

Breakfast: Ok. Basic selection.

Staff: Friendly

Location: Excellent

Price: Expensive considering the quality of the room

Overall: The staff and location of the hotel make it a popular spot. But the hotel is in need of a serious renovation.

Hotel run down and appearance of hotel lobby not clean. Staff is very friendly but hotel is outdated and was overpriced for the room received. They can do better with maintenance and revamping especially as it has a great location.

Great place which has got great client services. Restaurant, especially breakfast very good for the price. Friendly staff We have been helped with some concerns by a guy Orphe, who knows his job like in the hand. I strongly recommend this hotel for a couple or for a family.

Run down hotel, bar closes early. No room service for drinks. Pool area lacks attention. Staff is mostly great. Great location. Rooms very clean. Our beds were good. Overall alright.
