The Hotel is okay so far.
    Good Breakfast, friendly staff!
But what's an absolute No Go is the problem that some guy of the hotel staff ordered a car rental for us
These were absolutely cheaters and we are still waiting to get back a lot of money.
The hotel is not doing anything about it so it leaves us very angry and disappointed :((

A stunning place in decor. Always welcomed by friendly and warm staff. An awesome start to the day as I pop in to get a cappuccino, divine. Breakfast display always look good. Definitely worth popping in.

Quaint and cozy hotel right in the heart of Cape Town. You’re close to the action and charm of long street. Breakfast here is not bad at all, the English breakfast is highly recommended.

    Where do we start?

Staff and owners are very friendly!

Food is really tasty, well presented, priced about right. Coffee is in a class of its own. We can recommend the buffet breakfast and I had a lovely steak there recently.

There is a great wine list, also a fairly extensive range of cocktails and beers.

    Wifi works well.

    Valet parking.

The Rooftop has fantastic views of Table Mountain.

Our room was very well furnished and equipped, with mini fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, satellite TV, wifi, a balcony and a shower, basin and toilet en suite. Neat as a pin, excellent value for money.

Did I mention friendly staff and owners??

Had our staff event on the roof top which has 1 of the best views in Cape Town of Table Mountain. Service was great.

I cannot fault this hotel regarding their staff and trying to make your stay a pleasure but from the very first night we stayed at this hotel it was not a nice experience, we booked in for a 2 night stay and literally left the next day because it was not comfortable and due to an altercation with your Parking area across the road.
The wind was howling and kept on banging our bedroom door which made it horrible to sleep in and we kept on waking up, then we had a call at 4am in the morning to request if we would like to move rooms due to a fire in the building next door. Your hallways leading to the rooms do not smell so great, it is not welcoming and refreshing smell.
We then were asked to park in designated areas in the parking bays across the road at OUR OWN cost of R70 per night, when we arrived back from a night of dinner the parking attendant said our parking bay was taken but we could park around the corner at parking bay 58A when we got there it was occupied by a red golf which we would then have parked in so we felt it was more respectful to park next to that car to allow it to exit and we knew we would be out the entire day the following day so this person would not be able to get out. The following evening we need to go out and came to our car which was clamped and they demanded R300 !!!!!! The hotel had our vehicle details and they were requested by the parking staff to contact the person with the vehicle to move twice and not one person at your hotel bothered to call me on my cell or the room to request us to move and cost us R300!! we left your hotel that evening even though we had a 2 night stay paid for and will never return ever again, your communication is poor and have no idea how to liase with your clientele, I have requested you reimburse us even after you confessed that you were at fault for not calling us when requested to do so by your parking attendants. Customer service is clearly not your strong point because you made no effort to take responsibility for your lack of communicating with your hotel guest.
I really hope that none of your other guests ever experience a stay at your hotel like we did .

Suitability located. Very near to Red Bus tour stop no 5. You need this to change over to different routes. Hotel needs an upgrade for befitting class. Staff, service and food is good. Has a pay and park multilevel parking just next to it so if you hire an expensive car you can park it safely.

Our office accommodated us in this hotel because our flight was delayed for the next day but it was not what we expected.
The hotel is quite old fashioned and the rooms are not the type of rooms of a boutique hotel. Even if the employees were nice, there is still a lot to be improved.

Very disappointed with the hotel. Luckily staff were really nice to us but there were too many mishaps. The hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment.
