Great food, reasonable prices, lovely, inviting interior with good spacing between tables. Service (ask for Clem) is first rate. Views are beautiful and it's very relaxing under the massive pine trees.

Only enjoyed some coffee here as my friend and I arrived before they were open, but they allowed us in and we were greeted with open arms and treated wonderfully.
Went back for dinner with family and took the grand kids with. They enjoyed playimg outside till time to eat.
Food was excellent and because they were slightly short staffed, the manager jumped in and assisted. He was ever so polite and apologised for the delays. Great to have someone like that take care of you.

Delicious food, great playground for kids. Wonderful view. Be willing to spend a while, as service is amazing most of the time only.

Gone back to La Pineta many, many times.

We went for dinner 29/11/2017. Beautiful setting but the Service was bad. Alfredo was good but pizza's was tough. The bill was so unclear as they ran out of ink. Wasted my money.

Never disappointed. Order the julienne fries, they are divine. Steaks are generally very tasty, the creme brulee and chocolate tort keep you coming back for more. Suited to both summer and winter dining. Outside play area for young kids.

We decided to Take my son here for his 20th Birthday after searching for a good steak place in Stellenbosch. The restaurant was full which a good sign as well as the reviews we read were excellent. This was not the case in our experience. My wife ordered the Thai Chicken Curry which was good. My son and I ordered a rump 300g and 400g. His to be done medium and mine Medium Rare. His arrived well done and mine Medium. This we sent back. His arrived second round done to perfection and mine this time round was the worst cut of rump I have seen in a long time and again not done as requested. Will not recommend this
