  Seemed like they were trying too hard with the food. Service needs a lot of work if it wants to be rated as it is- don’t expect people grunting to carry trays or as they put down cutlery. Superficially food was seasoned well but as soon as you’d had the first bite you immediately needed more salt - just seemed to lack thought on the size of certain things and how to ensure flavour.

  Had the worst experience with unprofessional staff at the Hidden Valley. Had been there more than 5 times in the last year with internationale visitors and then at my last visit they were not able to serve me, though i had not confirmed my booking in the morning which i have never done before. The staff even said they had send me an email in the morning which was proven not to be the truth.
  Being in retail myself i know that customer service is not easy but when running a high end restaurant you must expect some sort of training in handling difficult situations.
  Luckily there is a lot of nice restaurants in the area (like Jordan) where they have customer service at a higher level.

  I love the mist sprayer it's perfect for a hot day.... the staff makes it pleasant. Food can only be described as euphoria!

  I'm not sure why it took us so long to visit Overture, and we were blown away by the food and the service - it is a pity that TripAdvisor doesn't have more than 5 stars, because Overture deserves a 6!
  
  By far, this is the best food we have ever eaten, with the various elements of the dishes brought together perfectly. The best description I can think of is a symphony of ingredients combined into a harmonious symphony.
  
  The service is very attentive, and even on a very busy Sunday afternoon, we were made to feel as if we were the only people there.
  
  Having recently been to a Michelin 2-star restaurant in Singapore, the food at Overture was 4 times better, with a bill 4 times smaller!
  
  The only problem we have now is where to go to find similar quality food, so we will have to wait until their menu rotates until the next visit!
  
  Just a note to visitors, the menu is very specific, so make sure you can eat all/most of the elements before you book a table.
