Was fortunate to be treated to a deep tissue massage this afternoon with my colleagues as a teambuilding experience at Soul Thai Spa in Centurion.

The place is conveniently situated, beautifully furnished, clean and relaxing and the rooms are lovely and warm inside.

I can honestly say my body was in desperate need of this and my masseuse Emme did a beautiful job setting me at ease and allowing me a moment to just relax.

Situated in a wonderfully developed town, this massage place knows your body and attends to every details of relaxation need.

I enjoyed the body work according to the Thai protocols. The therapists were professional, not intrusive yet very warm and engaging.

I'll definitely recommend to anyone and I'll be back there for more spoiling.

I was looking forward to a relaxing afternoon during a stressful week, only to arrive and told the masseuse I requested (and usually go to) was double booked. I was offered another masseuse or the masseuse I requested the following day, but I declined as I feel like the other client who took the masseuse got preferential treatment over my booking. What is the point of making a booking then? Especially in a tight schedule.
I will not go back to Soul Thai spa, neither recommend it to anyone.

Friendly people, relaxed environment. Enjoy the massages and reasonably priced. Only thing to note is that masseuses I had so far can't speak English very well.

Awesome place to go for a relaxing massage. Their current 90 minute special (R350 for 90 minutes!😀) is great. Nice variety of packages and vouchers available. Asked for medium pressure and still hurt AF Maybe start with light pressure with massages 😁

Went there for a back neck and shoulder massage with my wife. It was absolutely painful. My back and neck feels so brused. Not what I had planned for relaxation. Will steer clear of this place for sure

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The only positive thing about this place is the friendly receptionist. I was there today together with my bridesmaids for full body massages. We went into rooms as groups of two. Upon arrival, I noticed that the towels weren't clean and the slippers weren't new. I asked the lady who massaged me if she can please press a little bit harder. She went softer. I asked her two more times and decided that she is being spiteful so I stopped asking. My friend also asked the lady that was massaging her if she can please press harder, where after the lady laughed at her and started talking to the lady helping me in their native language. This happened a few times. I thought this was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. I do not expect to pay for a massage only for people to rub oil on my body with a light touch. After being extremely frustrated and disappointed, the massage ended and we got up to get dressed. We weren't even fully dressed yet when they allowed the next two people (two men) to enter the room and made it clear that we have to hurry to get out. When speaking with my bridesmaids, one of them also complained that she felt uncomfortable because she had a man as a masseuse without anyone asking her if she'd be comfortable with that. The tea was cold. The lady gave me R100 voucher to apologise for our terrible experience (which means that I still had to pay R150) and she gave my friend a voucher for the full amount (R250). I don't understand this. I am very upset and I will never return again.
