very professional, welcoming staff. great ambience. it was my first spa experience about 2 years ago and nothing has come close to it ever since. One of the highlights for my wife and I was the Rasul chamber.

Love the venue, facilities and hospitality. Clean, professional stuff. Definitely my favourite spa. Been there twice myself, booked our staff for a spoil and family pumper. Will continue to support them monthly.
Don't know who the owner is, but she/he is doing a great job.
Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, the moment I walked in it was relaxing. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The building, the pool, the treatment rooms, everything was immaculate. Definitely worth it for a day of relaxation and massages.

Although a great setting and awesome layout. The service was unprofessional in various ways. We made a very specific booking and none of the details was adhered to. It is a shame. The place has so much potential.

Staff and therapists are friendly but be prepared to be bombarded with sales pitches for add-ons and beauty products. The constantly having to say no thank-you to products spoiled what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day. The facilities also did not appear to be well maintained and there were no clean towels available?! Won't be returning.

Terrible experience - would not recommend it. Staff are rude and arrogant and did not apologise when they had made a mistake on a booking. Treatments were rushed and not done properly and overall experience was one of indifference.

Staff and management mean well but treatments are sub-par, therapists are not adequately trained, premises are nice but not well maintained. Over the years I've experienced consistently bad service here. Will not return.

Ok first the good. The staff was ultra friendly, the place is really nice and the shared facilities like the sauna and pool are great.

I only went for the floatation pool, so I have no experience with the other services.

The floatation pool is misnamed. It didnt contain enough salt to make me float. I sat on the bottom of it. To counteract this they provided pool noodles. After several attempts at those I gave up. The room also wasn't perfectly dark and a large amount of light came trough the frosted door. No earplugs were provided so this pool is an absolute no no for people with grommets. They did provide me with a face mask, but this only served to get the somewhat salty water into my eyes.

I left more stressed than I entered and I was actually very calm when everything started.

If you are looking for anything resembling a sensory deprivation chamber, this is not the place at all!

Poor client services. What was supposed to have been a romantic surprise from my fiance ended up being frustrating and unpleasant. All the facilities didn't work properly. The therapist tried to sell a treatment to us with machinery not in full operating condition, when I complained she said that is how it is supposed to be when I know it is not as I had the treatment done before. I will definitely never go back.
