When we first went there we were served by a very friendly well-informed lady. The second time around there was a lady by the name of "Phumla" or a similar name. All went relatively OK, except she told us that an add-on treatment previously discussed doesn't exist. In addition, the establishment has dirty baby clothes - including formerly "white" garments on display. We politely brought this to her attention and she abruptly responded that "they are dirty because of customers like us with dirty hands who touch them."
The fact that we did not even touch the garments is inconsequential. What is of consequence, is that they have dirty clothes on display and insult customers who are only trying to help improve the outlook of their business! A once open restaurant sits closed & dormant - perhaps business ain't so good.

Excellent and one-of-a-kind day spa for moms and families (dads and teenagers are welcome too). Andreia, the owner, is very friendly and caring. There is on-site childcare for the littlest ones. A great place to go for some self-care for moms (the pregnancy massage is fantastic), or a relaxing day for couples. Overall a really pleasant experience which is definitely unmatched by any local spas.
