  Not the best KFC around. Poor quality and customer service. Possibly because the customers in the area are not of the higher income bracket. But the food is edible if you are hungry and need a quick snack.

  Chicken is prepared much better than a few months ago. The service was good. In total, my wait was less than 29 minutes.

  The staff are too laid back . I went through at a busy time there were 12 people in the Que , another 10 odd waiting for orders . 1 person at the till and 1 person picking the orders. The manageress just holding her head as people were getting impatient . Waited almost 45 minz for a streetwise2 and wrapster box .

  Good parking services. Food is delicious However the staff quite often don't pay heed to your specifications. They will record it but won't actually do it to your meal. Toilets available and good family seating area as well.

  Excellent customer service. Meals was well prepared. Best ever KFC tasted, loved the crispyness of the chicken, all trimming was taken off. I enjoyed my meal. Keep it up guys. Well done. Wish all KFC branches could learn from my visit to KFC Newlands.

  Can't handle the situation when busy. Queuing numbers get pushed aside and even if you came last, you just hand in your slip and off you go. 😤

  Order line never works, call them and they say we will call you back and never do, call them and order at the branch and got chicken "not" done two times, gave us food poisoning.. they dont even offer to compensate knowing they messed up KFC NEWLANDS WEST PLEASE UP YOUR GAME BEFORE YOU LOSE CUSTOMERS
