  As like other KFC same menu and spices. What I can add is the convenience and location of the place Well located and accessible just by the side of main road. Staff attitude so far so good and orders are carried out very efficiently. Meals are served hot so it's means freshly cooked meal.

  Worst KFC in the world! Consistent poor service. Messages left formanagement and Directors are NEVER returned. I guess they have a monoply of owning KFC'S in Durban so it doesn't matter listening to their customers!

  A pathetic excuse for a drive thru. Does not even deserve the 1 star. The staff blatantly continue with their own conversations while "drive thru" patrons wait in a supposedly express queue for 30 minutes. We were told the 8 Zinger wings and chips will take 3 minutes to be prepared at 21:20, so we waited. And waited. And waited. Eventually at 21:45 we asked for a refund which again took time and still no Zinger Wings! While 6-8 walk-in patrons leave with bags of fried chicken.
  Utterly frustrated and disappointed with repeated bad service at KFC Reservoir Hills.
