No Stars from me.worse place i ever seen. Severely overpriced. Not enough parking, dirty grounds, dirty towels,dirty curtains, dirty eating area, dirty deck, unfriendly staff, noisy guests, key cards dont always work. Stay Away!!

Extremely disappointed with the rooms we had booked. Not only were the pictures shown very misleading, the place was not so hygienic .Furthermore, upon arrival we were escorted to sleep at another facility next to the facility advertised. The pool on the main facility was extremely filthy that we had to drive to a nearby beach just to swim.

Nice intimate B&B but no alcohol allowed so if u plan on having fun with couple of deinks. I won't suggest this place

The place has the biggest roaches. They are even in the bathroom😱. The place is just far from clean; shame you can see that the headboard was once white. 😂😂 A proper stake knife is a novelty there, the only knives available are butter knives 😂. How can I forget the air conditioning unit blowing only hot air. The remote is just for show I guess, because that thing didn't work. Plug points didn't work, TV wouldn't switch on. Ay ngeke, hay bo😂😂😂😂😂; uyawazi umdlalo. Umasdade lo owenziwa laphaya.
Even laughing out loud is considered too much noise and the "neighbors" call and complain. Who knocks for guests at 5:00 in the morning?
There is free WiFi though, so I guess that deserves a star. Otherwise, I would not recommend the place to anyone.response / report this review -

Firstly the pictures are extremely misleading. The rooms look nothing like the ones posted online. Instead of a bright homey feel, it’s as if you’re in a prison. Upon seeing the room I refused it, I definitely wasn’t willing to stay at a place with dirty towels. I asked for a refund and didn’t receive it. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!

-Very noisy! It's my first night here and I just can't sleep due to other people making a noise.
- The place is very simple and has no touch of elegance (doesn't feel homely at all!)
-no tea bags available, only 3 sachets of coffee and creamer each.
-no bar fridge, microwave or hairdryer.
-no table lamps (lighting sucks!)
-no trained staff (poor english communication)
-average breakfast
- Good views of the harbour
All in all, I wouldn't consider staying here again.response / report this review -

Smoke filled corridors, useless staff, double booked my room and then a fight to get a refund I haven't even gotten yet. Deplorable venue. Needs to be closed

The place is situated in a quite and safe suburb. The Deck offers an array of harbour views. Quite close to all important venues. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The break-fast was pathetic [The break fast menu in its entirety is 80 per cent eggs. The place would be heavenly pleasing if the management could embark on maintaining the place.

An average place. Fairly cheap but I wouldn't mind paying more if they modernised the side with the view. In a safe and posh neighbourhood. It's fair especially for the price.

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I booked a room at this place for 649 rand and it was absolutely disgusting! Even the towels that they gave me were dirty. So I refused the room and I wanted my money back. They promised me to give me my money back but for some reason they could not give me my money back in cash. So they said that they would do a banktransfer. Ofcourse they didn't do this and every time when I called them they told me that they would call me back in 5 minutes. They never called me back and they don't reply on the emails that I have sent them. THIS IS A WARNING TO EVERYBODY DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!
