Waiting period 20 to 30 mins for some customers. Staff get order wrong. Staff and management have a bad attitude. Please don't ask for free tomatoe sauce.look at picture , the is the new improved way to serve FREE TOMATOE SAUCE.

Their drive through was closed due to some problem. The zinger fillet wasn't ready. All the KFC stores always have problems nowadays. How can a KFC store not have chicken? That's the only thing that they sell.

Bought brownie Sundae. The brownies was stale and had a strange chemical like taste. Generaly very slow service. Chicken served is oily and salty most of the time.

Worst KFC experience ever. The shop was super busy which is understandable being holiday time but only 1 till was working and there were huge cockroaches roaming about all over the store. At least 4 dead cockroaches in the waiting area. When people complained the staff came and swept the cockroaches, dead and alive, into there back kitchen area and not outside. Why the hell would you do that? We will never go back

Used to be very happy with the service and food from here, but it seems to be going downhill lately. Multiple times the soda fountain has been broken, constantly out of stock of items, and the staff they have now are mostly rude.

We ordered a bucket of chicken and it looks like they put any pieces they like cause I got 14 drumsticks and 7 other pieces (the same) NOT an assortment of pieces.. NOT HAPPY.
