I have been to this kfc for a few times and lately ia have found that the service is terribly slow. The order management system appears to not work. I have never waited over 20 minutes at any kfc before this one. As i said its not the 1st time i been here and it has been happening every time i am here. To add further insult to the service the lady behind the counter thew down some empty bags on the counter and sent my slip flying to the floor. After picking it up and placing back on the counter the messenger then arrives and throws his delivery bag on the counter again sending my slip off the edge. I am very tired of this kfc and wont be going back.

Most of the time they don't HV drivers and wen they are busy they serve horrible food or even give u a wrong oderwen u confront them they become rude

Service delivery is very poor. They are so slow and complacent, I think its because a majority of their customers are university students they see no need to improve. If you can go to a different KFC I'd suggest you do. Here you could wait 30mins just for a simple order.

I go there almost every week but u find different staff with different attitudes. But it was just this once I got bad attitude. The other times alll was okay. They need to improve on their coffe only it's always cold hey!

Relatively okay for fast orders and pickups. Food is affordable but could be better in terms of quality. Its usually busy because its close to the University. You can eat-in here too.

Unfortunately I ordered food for delivery and it's been two hours and I haven't got my food yet, I don't stay far from the KFC either. But anyways the employees seem nice but I can't wait this long, unacceptable.
