They were fantastic at commercial road
But i cant say the same for the stanford road

Service was good but once again our order is short of pieces of chicken.. This seems to be a regular thing with them. Seriously getting annoyed as we don't live that close to go just go back to rectify the "mistakes" once or twice a person leaves it and justifies it as them being busy or it being late.. But come on. After this being the umpteenth time I am peeved.

Not safe at all, people tappin on you window while you waiting. Drive through was more like a drive in the entire fast food process took 30 minutes which is not fast at all. Area is dangerous don’t go!!!

I had to wait a while for our order after going through the drive thrubut it was worthwhile. The hospitality was excellent! We received 2 free ice creams with strawberry sauce on the house. Thank you!! See you soon.

Staff at the drive thru window are unprofessional and very slow. Screaming at the manager that the customers (us) are "panicking because they don't want cold food" Who does that? 3rd bad experience this year. Can't give them the benefit of the doubt anymore

Kfc in commercial road is disgusting!
Firstly, filthy bathrooms,no soap or towels, wet floors and Bad service!
I had to wait 10min just to use the bathroom because one of the staff members were in there for a long time.
And then I had to stand in a que just so that the person behind me could be helped first and when I queried it by one of the cashiers I got no response!
Very very bad service, I would not urge any decent person to go get a meal there!response / report this review
