When busy staff becomes disruptive(loud, screaming towards each other) and disrespectful towards customers. Drive through is your better option here for lunch times, as drive through is their priority customer.

Wouldn't recommend this McDonald's.
The service wasn't bad, ordered the big Mac medium meal, waited the average amount of time.
The chips were Luke warm and they weren't fresh, really off putting, the burger was warm and fresh, but there wasn't enough sauce and it was dry.
The restaurant itself was clean and seating etc was okay but the chops were really off putting and therefore would avoid the place.response / report this review -

Service has gone down so much the last year. I avoid going there because of it. The food is still as delicious as ever, but my experience is just not the same. When i do ask for my food a second time, i get it within 1 minute, otherwise its quite a long wait for fast food. Rather get a take away from the inside and go, because the drive through is like talking to yourself.

Well situated for a quick snack. Very clean and the service is good. But o the food! Chewing on a piece of rubber might be more apetizing. There is some tasty options never the less.

I went to McDonalds Cape Rd on Monday morning for breakfast. What a disappointment. We ordered our meal and coffee and when we sat down to eat .. the coffee was cold that we had just received. And it was extremely strong coffee!! Nearly not for human consumption. We complained about the cold coffee and the coffee was replaced. Needless to say I couldn't finish it after just a few sips.way too strong. The egg on the McMuffin was not nice at all and the cherry on top was that there was a hair in my McMuffin which put me off eating further. So it was a total waste of breakfast and money. The guy behind the counter made an excuse saying that he was the only one there, but there were about 4 or 5 people behind the counter🤔🤔🤔 No doubt I will not be going back to that McDonalds again!

I tried calling them for an enquiry and my phone call was dropped twice. If I could, I would take away even that one star THE WORST!!!

Not the best McD's in PE, but not the worst either. Would be nice if they could make their chocolate shakes like every other McD's in the world instead of some variant of vanilla. They also tend to not use mustard for some reason where it should be present.

They got the order wrong and only gave me half of what i ordered and payed for.
After driving 13km back home and then driving another 13km back and then back home again they refused to reimburse me for my feul it cost me to go back after their mistake .. plus the manager was arrogant about the whole situation wich just made me more upset.
