I waited almost 2hrs just to get my regular twist and the Que was soo song ppol waited and they said they are waiting fo the chicken it was not ready .sad and hungry

I can't complain about the service, because there isn't any. Joined the Drive-Thru que at 21:40, got my order taken and paid for at 21:58. They said they were waiting for chicken that's why the vehicles ahead weren't moving. Got to collect my order at the window at about 22:10 to be told that they have run out of chicken. Oh my. Said chicken will be ready in about 20 minutes. Eventually got my order at 22:35. I'm now very hungry. Cheers

It's a KFC. Love it or hate it. They do tend to mess up drive through orders now and again, but are good at rectifying mistakes.

Very easily the worst KFC in PE. Abysmal service, long queues, frequent issues with card machines and for some reason the greasiest food of any KFC I'm aware of. You're far better off driving a bit up Cape Rd to the next KFC, opposite the hospital.

I had to wait for these people to come take my order, they just stood there and continued with their conversation and completey ignored me. For me service is key and at the time of my visit they did not deliver.

The place is clean and the food tastes good though

I have been here more than 5 times and each time I had a absolutely terrible experience.
First of all, the service is ridiculous.
The first time I ordered a crunch burger and it was drier than the desert. And today I ordered a street wise one mash and didn't get a spoon, how do you think I must eat it? I will never ever visit this KFC again.
