Amazing variety of cutting edge technology. A pity this doesn’t extend to the tills. I stood at the till for more than 5 mins while the attendant tried to capture my two small items for payment.

Why is the store management not doing anything to 1) respond to these people posting negative feedback? 2) apologizing to these unhappy people? 3) doing something about improving their service to the public?
NO star is awarded but one has to be selected

Yesterday, the 10th of January I visited istore Pavilion, the store was rather busy, I awaited my turn to be serviced, when it came, I was informed by, I now I believe is one of the store managers, who at the time took my contact details that they’d contact me, an hour later. Needless to say no one bothered to call me. I did return to the store much later, around 18h00, the store manager had disappeared from the face of the earth, I was informed by another would be store manager that an apology would be forthcoming. It’s a shame that you treat your customers with such disrespect! I’m one very frustrated customer. Your service is appalling to say the least!

While Tamara was completely helpful, I have made a special trip today to go collect my tablet and on the day of application nor today was a offered to purchase the pen that goes with the tablet I bought talk about selling?? A company turns money from offering optional extras on the spot.
I now have to make a third separate trip into the store to purchase this.. time is money

I have brought in an iPhone 6 twice to the istore .  once for 'no service' on the phone and again for problems with apps. They refuse to refund me because they say there is no fault with the device. This is impossible because I have showed the fault to the technicians in the form of screenshots and demonstration. Very irritating!!! Don't ever buy from istore. Rather buy from Game stores. Much Better after sales service

It took about half the day for me to purchase an iPhone from this store and at month end I learn that the package that I wanted is not what I got. So stuck with a 24 month contract that I did not want. Worse of all is the poor service that I received when I laid a complaint- someone was suppose to get back to me and nobody did- Getting a phone there was honestlythe worst mistake ever- rather get it from a Network provider ie. Telkom, Cell C, MTN or Vodacom (at least they wont sell you dreams and give you something else)!. No stars from Me!!!

Please employ staff who are experienced and know the products which are on offer. It's absolutely frustrating when you ask a staff member about products and they read for you from the box. Employees should be brand ambassadors.

I took my Apple Mac in to the Istore at Pavillion almost a month ago as it needed to be repaired. My laptop is less than a year old and is still under warranty. The technician told us it would take 7-10 working days. It is now A MONTH after and I still have not heard anything from them. I am an Honours student and I have had immense assignments and a research thesis to complete but thanks to the istore, this has been a major issue!!! There has been such a lack in communication and when asked where my laptop is, I am told that it is "in progress." I am absolutely appalled at this horrific service and this has put me off Apple. Apple has up until this point had a good reputation in my eyes but this has now all changed. This is giving Apple a bad name and I can see that I am not the only customer that feels this way. Please take a look at the way you treat customers and your reputation management. Thanks.

Horrible experience. My iMac has been there and to JHB 3 times now for repair. Each time the report it is fixed , I turn it on , and the same issue. The response , OK we will send it back to JHB for repair. Now 3 times.
Total disregard that I am unable to do freelance work and that I am being compromised.
I have taken this up with Apple International.

If I could give no stars as an option I would do so. We travelled 100km especially to seek assistance at the store and were told that since we had no appointment they could not help us. The manager was particularly unpleasant, arrogant and power hungry. If it were not for other staff members who advised us to hang in there until technical staff could help during their apparent not so busy appointment bookings we would have had to do the 200 km round trip again. It turned out that we needed to speak to an Apple consultant on the phone which meant one very helpful and pleasant trainee tech assistant put us in contact with and the problem was solved. I think that the shop is particularly badly designed. 95% for exhibiting merchandise. A 2m long counter with 2 tills and between 5 & 6 staff trying take payment for goods. The tech division- after sales service stuck around the corner with no landline phone and 3 technicians sharing a 1.5m counter with technical equipment to diagnose problems with defective goods. If I was not such a strong Apple fan I would purchase another brand in future.
