As a techie, I always recommend this place to any friends or family who needs pc repairs done that I don't have time for, these guys are honest and very knowledgeable. Apart from excellent service and after sale service, they stock high-quality parts and accessories. Have a small or large pc issue? They can sort it out for you without you having to worry. Highly recommend them.

I ordered a computer tower towards the end of February 2017 and they only quoted me in July 2017,they then promised me(once they received the confirmation) that it will take a maximum of three months for it to be upgraded. They promised me on numerous occasions to keep in contact with me on the progress of my order,they have yet to uphold their promise. I have been contacting them since July and it is now September and I'm still waiting for my computer tower. Customer service needs to be upgraded and improved as well as their reliability.
