The service was terrible, I went in to buy a radio for my son birthday, first of all they had no stock of specials then I asked for the display one they said it's sold so I went and double checked and it was on display then they couldn't find the box for it and offered me something that cost more and when I started to insist they found box and the guy gave me attitude when I asked questions regarding the radio. Disgusting serviceI visited this branch on Sunday, saw a foot spa advertised for R199 but there was only a display on the shelf and I asked if they had more stock. The assistant disappeared for a while to the back of the store and after waiting about 10-15 minutes we decided to enquire at the tillsonly to see the assistant at the door way greeting customers. We approached her and she was shocked that the fellow worker she requested to help us was nowhere to be found. After waiting another few minutes a guy eventually brought the foot spa to us. I then made my way to the till point. The cashier rung up my two items, an iron that was R169 and the foot spa and she totaled them to R469. I then enquired about the prices of the items and the cashier informed me that the foot spa was R299. I then asked her to make sure as I saw it marked for R199 and that was the reason I decided to purchase it. Anyway the cashier sent someone to check and she came back saying there was no price. I went back to double check as I was 200% of what I saw. To my horror the perspex stand was in the exact place I saw it but the price was removed.

The reason for my post is that I tried calling the Springfield Park and Toti branches since Monday and cannot get through. I sent and email and received an automated response but to date no one has contacted me. I hate to sound like any other difficult customer but I was made to seem like a liar and the integrity of your company and staff remains questionable. WHY WAS THE PRICE REMOVED???? The fact that you left the holder proved that the staff member allegedly removed the price, yet this was confirmed initially by the assistant helping us.

I will not rest until I am contacted..

Makes perfect sens why your branch was so quiet and why your massive Springfield Park branch has downsized. Either you make too much money or you just don't give a damn about Customer Service.

Worst retail service.
I required help today with a soundbar.
The staff took 10 minutes just to try and put the device on.
He was reeking with smell of alcohol.
He called another staff to help but we received no assistance for a further 5 minutes.
We walked out.
Unimpressed with the way this franchise carries out business.

We bought a portable airconditioner online and paid. I phoned to arrange to pick up but they were out of stock. They said they will try and get one from another store and phone me back. A whole day passed now with no call back and being 15:54 during office hours, they dont answer their phone after 13 attempts to phone. Highly dissapointed.
