  My experience with MTN is no different from other complaints. They really must up their game because this store and their staff is tarnishing the name of the brand.

  Don't even waste your time trying to take out a contract at this store. No one answers the store number, consultants don't return calls and Manager is non-existent. Two months later and I am still trying to get my phone from them after it was sent in for repairs. If I could give zero stars I will. BTW visiting the store in person wont help -they are not organized -other customers cut the waiting line. Rather drive yourself to Pavilion they have an automated que system and they actually take some effort to help you. Its a bit longer but trust me better than hitting your head against the wall with MTN Bluff.

  I have tried also calling this number numerous time. Don't bother or waste your time because it's like they just ignore the phone..In tried over 40 times and not once they have answered.

  Calling the number provided on the site, from 9am cause it states store opens at 9am. It is now 9.24am and still no answer. UNPROFESSIONAL
