Extremely helpful and friendly staff! Large clean rooms. Love having the restaurant and bar in the lobby both with inside and outside options. Breakfast buffet is tasty with many options. Recommend for your stay in Johannesburg!

Always a great spot to have a small conference. Access is easy with parking conveniently situated on site. Gautrain Rosebank station is around the corner. Access to all the various well known restaurants in The Firs is easily made. A short walk and you have access to the larger Rosebank mall.

This is a clean establishment with lovely deco and a warm atmosphere. The staff was great with a great can do attitude and going the extra mile, they really made the conference as comfortable as they possibly could. The food was on another level, fresh and palatable. Thank you guys!

This place's service is TOP NOTCH!!! It is amazing how they take care of you and make you feel comfortable. There was a mix up with my booking, but it was handled professionally and an apology was sent to my room and made me feel special. I love this place and will come back any day!!

Nice hotel in a rally good location. Ajoined to the zone and the fire shopping centres. Lots of facilities at the shopping centre including movies, restaurants, shopping and games. The hotel itself is also quite a nice one with comfortable rooms. Also just a quick walk to Rosebank mall across the road from the zone.breakfast quite good

Luxury hotel with everything that you need. It extra-ordinary because it has iron, ironing board, pure white gown and slippers.

Did not stay at this hotel, but from walking around inside it is clearly very nice. They have direct access to the rosebank mall and several restaurants. In addition, there is a car rental available. There are meeting rooms and catering available.

Did not enjoy my experience Booked a conference room, on the day of our event we where sent to a different conference room. (Made it hard to set up) Only 40 chairs when there was asked for 43. There was no projector, our event started 30min later because of this. It's been 4 days since our event, I have still not received the final invoice. Food was okay. I've had better.. Very expensive for the quality. Won't use the Hyatt for future events.

The staff are great but the rooms are very dated and uncomfortable given the price. Noise is also a big issue because the windows are thin - you hear loud music from the bar in the back rooms and the busy road from the front. Location however is very good, which is probably why the owners haven't needed to improve the hotel to justify the high room prices.

For muslims it's only good for tea and coffee.
They doesn't serve halal food & they doesn't have any certifications for halal.
They do serves alcohol.
I had bad experience. me and wife there for our anniversary night dinner as don't serve Halal food.

rooms are clean but a little dark. Bathroom is nice and modern. Spa is amazing it includes a sauna, steam room, hot tub, pool, and a 24hr gym. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect

Nice courtyard for drinks in summer. Had someone smoking (illegally) cigars in the outside eating area of the restaurant. Not good! When I asked staff about it they said I must move inside. Inside the smoke was still drifting into the restaurant as he was sitting in front of the open door. I've never seen something so ridiculous.
