Excellent place to stay for business as it's centrally located right at the foot of Table Mountain. It's in walking distance to great restaurants and cafes and has a very accommodating team of hispuraluty experts.

Excellent hotel in a very good location. Top service offered to Diamond HH members.. Good lounge with yummy breakfast served daily. Rooms are large, airy, well appointed with interesting views. A good location to stay when in Capetown either on business or for leisure. The large avenue bordering one side of the of the hotel can be busy at time

Excellent choice. Staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly throughout hotel. Paul on Concierge desk gave us really helpful advice on the area and organised great guide to take us on a day trip down to the Cape and all the great places in between. The hotel has great facilities and we had a lovely spacious room on 7th floor which was very quiet with distant view of waterfront. Free shuttle bus to V&A Waterfront came in handy too. Really enjoyed our stay.

We just received exceptionally good service for our last minute anniversary celebration. They have the most warm hearted and friendly staff I've come across thus far. Keep it Up! Food at Cafe 126 Cape was excellent. Had a really comfortable and relaxed evening. THANK YOU!

It's situated tiny bit outside the city center, so don't get confused by the name. Very clean and nice. Staff very very polite and always with a smile. Concierge super efficient. The fitness area and the swimming pool are not the best in town but for sure you don't choose to stay here based on that.

Welcoming staff, underground parking (with a fee), nice executive lounge with hot food, wine, beer, spirits and snacks, hookah bar on site, too. Room was nice and clean Regular rooms are not all the same - we had 3 rooms and the desk said they're all the same There's out one was significantly larger than the others. Convenient store across the street was nice to have handy

I would not stay here again. There are so many nicer less than 5 * hotels and out of the city. Staff were pleasant..most. Courteous.. sometimes over the topbreakfast was nice too but I've seen much better. The exec lounge was nothing special either.

Always a great stay. Centrally located - walking distance to Long Street and restaurants. Near enough to Waterfront and Table Mountain. But the staff is the difference. Always attentive, always helpful and always accommodating. Rooms are clean, neat and well appointed. Restaurant and lounge are great. My go to hotel in town

Good hotel.Centrally loacted and close to many happening places. Rooms are decent and have good view of the mountain and the city. Breakfast options are neat and hospitality is warm. Rooms need some changes for the bathroom requires a good partition as the light and sound leak which is bad for the couple or a business partner staying in the room.

Hilton Cape town has a nice location in the historic Bo-kaap area. It is about a 20 minute drive from the airport and you have walking distance to most attractions in the centre of town. They have shuttle that takes you down to the waterfront, it is not very frequent though. There is parking available underneath the hotel if you are driving. Barring the lobby and restaurant which are situated on the ground floor most others amenities are located on the mezzanine level. There you will find a nice patio with a sun deck, a pool and a bar. The pool is quite small but good to cool down in on hot days. On the side of the pool is the gym which is a good size and has a nice mix with machines and equipment. Across from the lifts on the mezzanine level is a business centre with computers and printers. Next to the lifts is also the executive lounge, it is a good size with a small patio and seating for about 20 people inside and they serve breakfast, afternoon tea and evening drinks and food. Breakfast is 6.30 to 10.30, afternoon tea is 15 to 16 and evening food is 18 to 21. The offering for both breakfast and evening food is excellent and extensive and you have just as good selection here for breakfast as you have in the restaurant and the evening offering is a full buffet meal so if you like it then there is no need to go anywhere else and there is plenty of beer, wine and spirits. Given the location of the hotel in the traditional Muslim quarters the main restaurant is halal certified. The rooms are big and well planned and in the executive rooms you get a nice work desk and a diva by the window. The bathrooms are a good size with both bathtub and shower. If your room is facing the right side you get a fantastic view of the Table mountain. All in all a great hotel with a fantastic view and a city centre location.

Funny place for a Hilton. No alcoholic drinks served in lobby restaurant. Gourmet food ordered on a tablet. Unnecessary high tech for fancy spec.

I've heard mixed reviews about this restaurant and thought I'd try it out for myself. We went for my husband's birthday. The place was empty the night we were there and maybe because it's midweek. I was pleasantly surprised. The food was good. I had catch of the day and hubby had the Karoo lamb. Be prepared to pay extra for all sides as the cost on menu only includes your protein. When the staff found it it was his birthday they surprised us with complimentary plate of tiny cakes as a free treat. I would definitely go again.

they were renovating still when I was there. I did not enjoy my stay there because of their lax smoking rules. I do not want to be anywhere in dirty smoke. people do not realise that smoke goes in everywhere and sticks to everything. The Hilton needs to make sure their staff does not smoke illegally and also the guests should be told in no uncertain terms that it is against the law to smoke inside!!!!!

This hotel is OK. Nothing more, nothing less. Had Christmas dinner here. Food was tasty but not outstanding. The biggest downfall was the lack lustre service. Some service staff tried to put things right. Others just looked badly trained. Will pass this hotel by next year. Had enough.

Awful service! When calling the concierge for dinner recommendations, he explained there was only one place for him to recommend in the city, and they were fully booked that night. Service in the executive lounge us AWFUL. When i left my key, the front desk just asked for my room number (no name, and definitely no ID asked for) and they have me my key. They refused to seat us in the restaurant for breakfast (which was buffet) because they were closing in 45 minutes.
