  Most disappointing place during our SA stay. Looking for an alternative place to stay in Cape Town compared to usual waterfront hotels we made a mistake booking such a tiny street underlevel American Graffiti room with a tiner shower room ensuite where refreshment is urgently required such as on the pooldeck. Forget romantic moments at the facing pool because of the numerous overlooking windows all around. We also know parking is not safe at all as prentended since we saw a client s carwindow broke. Breakfast is good and staff especially Gilbert very helpful.

  Very friendly staff. Clean. Very small space. The light switches are in off locations, but maybe that's just different for a person from America. Parking is very limited but safe (street parking). TV was difficult to use with limited instructions so we didn't use. The staff were receptive to feedback so let them know that. Breakfast was the best. French toast was so good that I ordered a 2nd order. Great for 1-2 people but would be way too crowded for families with kids (at least in the room we stayed in)

  Modern, clean, with lots of windows and natural sunlight. Just off a main street so perfect blend of quiet but great location. We felt safe walking to and from restaurants. It was also perfect for early morning runs by the ocean. Very good service and world class breakfast. As others noted the bathrooms are part of the rooms. This was a non-issue as each floor had an extra private bathroom if more privacy was needed.

  I was recently fortunate enough to stay at Villa Zest Boutique Hotel in Cape Town. On arrival, the façade appeared fairly unimposing and ordinary however, from when I was welcomed into the establishment, I was treated as if I was a special guest. I look forward to returning when next I travel to Cape Town.

  Great boutique hotel in a central location in the beautiful Cape Town. Not surprised that they got No1 on TripAdvisor's best boutique hotel worldwide.
