I travel between Johannesburg and Durban often and I choose to stop at this one stop because the place is so much better than the others. The Mugg and Bean coffee is delicious. The service is always wonderfully despite often times being so busy. And they are open till late night on Friday and Sunday nighs which is also a great plus. Highly recommend this place for coffee.

We had the most amazing service there today. We have been coming there for years on our way to the Drakensberg and it has always been great but today was extra special. The food was good but what made it really great was the service from the moment we walked in. Our waiter Vincent was so attentive and proactive, solving issues before they even happened. Thank you Vincent and Mugg 'n Bean for a great start to our holiday.

We had a quick breakfast here on our way to Estcourt. It was relatively quiet and the service was quick and efficient. The coffee was great and the breakfast even better! The staff are very helpful and friendly, I will definitely choose M&B if I stop here again.

Food was not as good as I've come to expect from M&B. The toasted cheese sandwich was good, certainly better than many competitors, but not up the tube M&B standard. Hopefully this was just my bad luck on the day. Will certainly still patronise this M&B and traveling between Dbn & Jhb

The staff were friendly and accommodating. They assisted us with a high chair for our toddler and were quick and efficient. The new burger selection is excellent.

Bad on Thursday 6 April order medium steak and received an over done they apologised and offer to replace it. Today 14 April want to order spareribs but they are out of stock, another item on the menu is not available because the menu will change next week. I think it is just bad management.

Best rest stop for the Gauteng-KZN run. M&B at its best: stretch your legs and enjoy the view. Good, clean rest-rooms in the centre. Can get a bit crowded at peak times, but service always top notch.

Bought a pre made baguette that was perhaps at the end of its shelf life. When I asked to exchange it for a new one the manager, without hesitating, offered me a meal of my choice at no extra cost. Excellent service.
