  First of all most they need to train their staff on how to handle their laundry, my shirt was ruined and all they said was sorry, another thing they dont put you in a room you booked for especially if you black until you complain, Gracepoint is not a gracious place for a black person to be in, the lady who own it is a racist, and the treat is totally different to the treat they give to whites
