Not happy with the service in connection with the activities and special features such as the boma. Your ad is also misleading making me wonder. Understand that the prices of your dinner is exceptionally expensive

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Great for families. The rooms were clean, the food was amazing, and there is loads to do for families and children. It was safe and peaceful, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be back.

When I booked I was not informed of renovations happening. Several of the facilities were not available. The room stinks, the mattress is deformed severely from people sleeping on it. Taps broken. While trying to sleeping have herds of people moving around at 3 to 4 am with no regard for the thin walls. Worse romantic get away ever. Spoke to the management in the morning. Profuse apologies from management and they moved us to a much better room equitable to the amount of money it was costing. Staff very friendly, but amenities a problem.

The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is tranquil, it is a very nice place to relax it's also prayer sanctuary a very anointed place..

Terrible experience, the first room had a bad smell and the air con wasn't working. We moved to a new room, the shower was filthy and toilet didn't flush properly. There was a church festival on Saturday, that we were not informed about, it was very loud forcing us to go out for the day.
The food was bland.

Good day everyone. There is no way that this is a 4 star hotel. I would be surprised if this establishment received 3 stars. If so there is something very wrong with our grading or regulatory body . The room is very old and outdated. The one channel on DSTv never works. The telephone is a white elephant and the linnen are yellow and old from overuse. There are insects on the pillows from a " so-called" aircon that has not seen a cloth for ages. The only nice thing about this establishment is the garden. Food is tasty. I was terribly mislead. At 1150 zar a night. Not recommended. Regards

We had dinner at the restaurant. It was terribly over priced and it felt like the tables were cleaned long ago. I didn't enjoy it there.

The rooms are a little outdated, but the food, service, and atmosphere make up for that. Myself and my wife went there for our honeymoon, and we will most definitely be back again soon.

Normally a wonderful, family resort.We love it there! Great buffet, friendly staff, beautiful setting. Unfortunately, on my last visit, I discovered that the resort has come under new management and they are busy revamping. Tragically, this includes cutting down trees that have been there for many years and will probably result in the resort pricing coming out of our range of affordability. So sad!
