Don't take old models Ford to them. Just when you think the car is done, they surprise you with another defect. They are more geared for new cars. During the service they lost my camshaft. This added an extra week to the repair time. Just as I left with my repaired car, I had to turn around to have a busted water pump looked at. Doesn't look as if they really took the car for a test drive.
