Poor ethics and a really bad attitude towards customer complaints by the principal dealer, Jody Osborne has left me shocked and humiliated.
Its easy to be nice and pleasant towards customers who arrive to buy a new car, the real test comes when this vehicle breaks down shortly after having purchased it.
Nobody from Renault SA nor the Tygerberg branch passes this test.response / report this review -

I would just like to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Dishaad and Charleen from Renault Tygerberg who assisted me recently when I purchased a Renault Sandero Stepway.
They were super efficient, friendly and professional and nothing seem too much effort for them.
The whole procedure from general enquiry to actually driving my vehicle out of the showroom was an extremely pleasant experience.
