We bought a coil pack on Friday. My husband decide to put it on right there in front there shop. And it did not work. Then we realise that the coil pack of R800. was a old part. Not new at all. We were so upset. They easily told us come back at ten tomor then we will have another one for you. Our time and costs . Very bad service I would say. Thanks.

They don't even deserve a one rating. Literally been on the phone holding for like 15 mind now. Sales consultant took me off hold and just told me to hold on and back on hold I went. Poor customer service.

Not interested in customers at all. Lady on phone was a little rude too and not at all interested in helping me. Waited in the "phone queue" for 14 minutes to be told that the sales assistants wont call me back and that I need to sit in the queue.
When I visited the branch it took about 20 minutes to even notice my presence in a store with less than 2 people inside. Then waited another 10 minutes for them to get a radiator.response / report this review -
