I like the gym, I have an awesome personal trainer (Lizette) but aircon is not working properly, treadmill needs to be serviced more and Kuai services can improve!

A great gym with a good range of equipment. Due it being one of the larger gyms, during peak times there is usually something for everyone to do in a training program that means very little to no waiting around if you're prepared to be flexible in your routine

I love gyming here, they really cater for everyone. The large floor space upstairs is great and not something I have come across at other branches. I often attend classes and the instructors are really great at pushing you to your limits and building strength and fitness.

The Gym is way to cold! Spoke to management 3 times but they are useless!! They walk around in track suits and dont know anything about training!!!!

A 4 out of 5 because I miss the personal touch. Some people do not know how to use equipment and nobody helps. But that is the new gyms. The rest is great.

Part of the Virgin Brand, Virgin Active Little Falls (or Roodepoort) offer world class leading facilities. They are always neat and hygienic too. Since the addition of their "Cross Fit" type training area - this gym has increased its membership too. So, if you are not one for crowds, consider off-peak training times.

Excellent with nice atmosphere and awesome place for the kids to hang out while parents are training but a lot of the equipment needs maintenance. Machines that need a service and hand grips that are loose.

The Life Style Crossing is a nice Virgin Active Gym, the staff are friendly and professional. The gym it self is an old gym and in need of a make over, some of the older plastic free weights are actually broken however, the is evidence that the gym is going through a transformation. The pool was recently redone and the the Kauai Health Food bar is fantastic.
