I would like to say this was the best service i had in a long time i was looking for a Hyundai i20 and the sales person Michael went out of his way to find me one he help me with everything i needed for the vehicle and i am so happy he got me exactly what i wanted i will definitely buy another car from d&l motors in the future

I have to tell people that this is easily one of the WORST customer service experiences I have EVER had. The non-commital staff with an attitude, the lack of interest in looking after me as a potential customer, the dragging of feet with submission of applications, all cost me the opportunity to own a car I was really after.
So, thanks for nothing D&L Motors. I have to rate them 1 star otherwise I cannot post this, but really they deserve minus stars rather than pluses. Do yourself a favour & avoid them. Arthur

I didn't buy a car from them but my expectation of service was simply to high and that expectation wasn't met.
