  I rented a car 22 August and returned it incident free on 29 August via insurance company. I am yet to receive my deposit money, almost a month after I returned the car. I have made calls to the call center, they always cut my calls🙁

  I've used this rental car service several times in 2016 and found the staff to be helpful although like all rental services there can be a long wait to getting the car. I had an accident and the car was damaged, and they dealt with it as the contract states with a deductible. It is an honest and reliable office.
