  We there for assistance with the undercover that was cut into half and it was making noise when driving, as it was touching the surface. The lady at the service desk was not interested in service me, was more interested in her cellphone.
  
  I then drove with that car to Menlyn Mecerdez Benz and their service was excellent. Staff was friendly and were on call all the time. I was assisted and advices accordingly.

  What amazing service!! Since I'm from Namibia I was even helped the next day after phoning in. Was a major service and everything was covered in full even the wiper blades/brake discs/pads. Even had a follow up call to check on satisfaction. Will return any day!
