Terrible service. No care for customers and they careless. They lost my lock nut for my car and u had to fight for almost two weeks with manager and Ford customer service to replace them.

Very friendly & fast service when I took my car for its 45 000 km service on Monday, 29 May 2017. Lindi booked my car in. She was very friendly with a nice smile & gave good customer service. I was impress. I was first to book my car in at 07h00, when the service centre opened & by 13h00 she phoned me to let me know I can fetch my car. No hassles. I'm looking forward to many good years of friendly service @ Steyns Auto Pretoria, when I bring my car for its yearly service. Thank you. Enjoy your day.
