  The driver always treats.me bad complaining about kilometres. He said Chloorkop is not their area. I feel bad cos when i come to purchase the vehucle they didnt complain that i am leaving far which is 11km from the dealer. He referred me to Greenstone.

  The service is good though they need to have most of the needed parts in stock, for sometimes we can't afford to wait until the next day.

  I had to contact them at the end of the day to find out my issue could not be found, and device was not carried out. On the second day was told again they could not find the issue in had mentioned, untill I hadn't taken the mechanic for a drive to point it out. After all of that, the issue has still not been resolved.

  It's the run-of-the-mill car dealership. Nothing highlights this place as better than the rest, and thus far the problems I've experienced here was caused by the national Ford "standards", which I've experienced at other Fords too. In short, this place is average, and I rate it "Meh".

  Poor service. Took 3 days to cut 2 keys that don't even work properly, won't open divers door. Was first car in for a service in the morning, they only started work late that afternoon. So car was not ready that day. Had to go there to be told it will only be ready tomorrow.
