Best selection of clothing and accessories, was looking to replace my "old" delta cleats and couldn't find them anywhere more South than this cycle lab. Also has far more reasonable shorts and shoes than I managed to find in Sandton. That being said, they still have a good exclusive range of imported products.
Finally, I had a service and it was done quickly and they managed to explain all parts and why they needed replacing.

Cannot get hold of their service department by phone for two days. The receptionist keeps taking messages for them to call me back. Tired of being first in the que when holding and listening to the weather forecast untill the call drops. Great store but super poor service.

Possibly the worst experience I've had at a retailer. Find a bike, get the price, phone to confirm, price jumps as "repairs" are needed. Say I'll take the bike as-is and do the repairs myself. Get called back saying now the bike has been promised to someone else. Utterly useless service and blatant lies.

Fantastic service. Ask for John if you have any issue with your bike. Someone that actually goes out of his way to accommodate you and get you back on your bike as quick as possible. Definitely coming back.

The staff are always ready to help and you can find some great prices on bicycles and accessories if you are lucky. I would however compare prices with other stores first as they can be pricey.

First off the Staff are awesome and very friendly. The selection I'm sure is the biggest in Gauteng. That said they are pricey, much more than many of the smaller cycling businesses.
