Started with Hydro Bath was told they will come turn it on for us and we can use it while we wait for the food we had ordered with them. 30minutes plus no one showed up to help and when we went to find out about food it had been waiting already and no one bothered to call us as they said they would. Food was cold ended up waiting another 30min for new food. Then went to the floatation chamber was told they’d fetch us in 30min and 45minutes later no one had called us either. Excuse was “I forgot” and also they did not know we were also having a massage.

Poor service.

This is my happy place in the city. Great place to relax and treat yourself. For couples I would defiantly recommend the couples suite.

Worst spa experience ever!

My friend treated me for my birthday and booked treatments for us at Soulstice Life Day spa, knowing how much I've enjoyed my time there on previous occasions.

Firstly, they rushed us to get our treatments started and one of the therapists was. Wry quick to tell us that they'll cut our treatments short. even though we were early and trying to enjoy some tea 5 minutes before the treatment.

Then in my treatment room, I requested that they turn on the temperature a bit more as it was cold. Needless to say, I spent the whole 1.5 hours in there freezing my a** off because their heating system was clearly not working well.

The worst, was when we proceeded to the so called "heated pool" and the water was cold! I asked them twice (very nicely) to turn the temperature up and instead, I was told "this is the normal temperature of the pool" which was definitely not true! I've been to the spa multiple times before and that water has always been warm / hot. I even tried to get them to come feel the water and one reception lady refused and said there was nothing they could do. I was so angry.

Do not promote a heated pool of you're not going to actually heat it up. My friend and I could have actually gotten a cold because of them. I love water and the heated pool is one of the things I always look forward to when I go there, especially in winter. An they're not exactly cheap.
