  I like that they are located conveniently and have a neat premises. other than that I don't trust this bunch and have disagreed with them at every visit. Apparently, the customer is always wrong. Please, don't take their words to mean much, as they may not adhere to them. Not many make me lose my cool or frustrate me but here they have done so on two separate occasions. I have wasted time talking to them. They definitely over charge. They provide cars with a service but none for their customers. Ultimately, I feel robbed and that is unacceptable.

  Extremely dissatisfied. I gave my Toyota Etios Cross in for the 40 000km service on Saturday 28 October 2017. I picked up my car on the same day at around 11am. The service guy Sagie Mariemuthu went through the invoice with me, i paid the bill signed, he handed me my keys, then I drove off.
  
  On Sunday we noticed scratches on the bonnet, and the driver's side seat belt panel has scratches. Also the beading on the inside of the vehicle has been tampered with.
  
  We are extremely dissatisfied, we did not expect this from a reputable company. The vehicle has definitely been tampered with. It's frustrating that a new vehicle comes out of service in this condition.
  
  My husband took the car in this morning 01 november 2017 to Toyota, they seem not to care and say that they did not do this. We asked them for video footage when the car was worked on, we are still waiting.
  
  Absolutely Disgusting, what exactly do they do to the vehicles when they go in for service? steal parts from the new car and put into their friends cars? i should have stuck to FIAT. Service was absolutely awesome

  My second visit was very disappointing
  
  Above my fuel tank there was a scratch after a warranty claim and the service advisor who recently resigned says that the scratch was there and they have recorded it on the checklist. I therefore requested for the check list and see that there was no record were she claimed my car to be dirty and she couldnt see anything though i recently washed it before the time. Further she did not care and did not resolve the issue. Dealership needs to pull their sox up. We pay the price but hard to give us the service???
