Please relook into the students that you have to assist with Registration. Some on them are very rude and don't even know what they are doing. We are paying a lot of money to send our children to your campus at least treat them with dignity. Thank you Charmaine Govender

Durban University of Technology (DUT) hosting the Southern African Institute for Occupational Hygiene (SAIOH) workshop held in collaboration with the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) from 4 to 7 December 2017.
What a wonderful opportunity for the more than 30 delegates to learn from some of the most experienced Occupational Hygienists around the globe.

I am not the best student but the practical emphasis (in Engineering) makes studying interesting. We learn about real world applications and that's what is most important.
The lecturers are helpful and will go out of there way to assist (atleast that's my experience with the Faculty of Engineering).

Tip: If you're a new student, I suggest asking senior students for assistance and advice (as the admin staff is famous for giving the "run around" to sort out simple things such as get a student card.)

Good public institution. I completed my BTech here. Excellent work integrated learning program. Not too expensive compared to traditional universities. Good campus facilities. Ample library resource selection. Cheap student food outlets. 10/10 would study again.
