Lekker food and fun setting on wine farm. Wide open spaces and they have added accommodation should you wish to stay

Attended the Black Oystercatcher Festival. Felt it was too pricey for what you get. Food was good but also pricey. Nice vibe and good music. Well organized.

Had a great time at the Black Oystercatcher jazz festival day, yesterday.
Great wine, great atmosphere and although it was busy the staff managed to keep up with the pace, kept a smile on all their faces and served everyone well.
    Food was great!
    Great place

A very lovely establishment in the heart of the country side. It offers delicious, reasonably price food and great wine and craft beer options (brewed at the wine farm). Would definitely recommend having lunch, dinner or a wine tasting if you're passing through the area.

Beautiful venue with freshly prepared food with produce from their own garden!!! Relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy your wine and craft beer made on the premises. Lovely, will definitely visit again.

Today we arrived to an empty restaurant with 29 open tables. We were rudely told to leave or only to stay for drinks because they had bookings at eleven, giving us an hour to have a drink. Quarter to twelve and no one has yet to pitch. Another couple of tourists arrived shortly after we did and were told to leave. This is very unprofessional and rude of the front of house manager. Beautiful place, but prepre yourself for the worst service ever.

Great food with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. We enjoyed our short visit and it was well worth the drive from Kleinmond for a relaxing day out. Nice scenery this time of the year.

The best platter I have had in living memory. The wine is great the food sumptuous and most of the ingredients are fresh from the farm. We loved the Chenin Blanc with our platter. The platter was just amazing and we could not finish it between two people. Dirk and Sandra are the proud owners and personally involved in the kitchen and the wine making. The drive is very scenic but please book a table otherwise you will be dissapointed. Good news they are expanding and soon will be able to cater for a lot more visitors.
