Food was absolutely awesome. Had the veal pasta and had a chance to taste the chocolate and chilli fillet and the butternut gnocchi and all were really really good. Will definitely be back. Sat at the front of the restaurant outside which was a lovely setting and can't get over how good the food was.

Another restaurant that has been around for a while. The fish is fantastic! Thank you Chef :) A nice place to meet friends for a relaxed lunch or dinner. Great selection of wine and desserts. Thank you for a great experience.

Also really cool that they are dog friendly and supply water bowls for pets!

I love this place. Situated on Kloof Street it draws from the energy of the general vicinity. The inside area is laid out in a relaxed general arrangement, keeping to the feel of the old building. The outside area is under umbrellas and surrounded with trees and hedges, so it feels like a garden more than a standard outside area. Waiters are good at their jobs. Food is high quality. Ask the waiter for their recommendations.

Great little place. The staff were all very friendly and the food was delicious.

A good selection of food on the menu, also quite a few vegetarian options to choose from.

The place is ideal for couples or small groups.

I would say the restaurant is a small, romantic, quiet place.

The place doesn't look like much from the street. But the outdoor area looks great on a summer's evening. There is also an indoors area that seemed cozy.

The food was amazing. We had pasta and it was excellent. Our waiter knew his story, his name is Ray, he was very attentive and funny. The food was also really fast, maybe because it was a bit less busy than usual.

    Would recommend to any one.

Great food. Fantastic ambiance and service. Mediocre wine list. Nice kiddies area where they can make their own pizza. Toilets are not nice.

    Great food, service and ambiance.
The food was excellent and I will definitely return.

Only slight issue was the staff foot traffic in the courtyard when the shifts changed. . but we were late lunch goers. That's why I gave it 4 stars and not 5.

Great place. Love the vibe. Our waitress Memory was awesome. Highly recommended. Ordered the fish of the day with lentils. Friends ordered the risotto with prawns and another friend ordered the butternut squash with fig rice pilaf. Worth a trip! The food was good. Has been excellent in the past. Still recommended.

A friend and I ate here last night. Very good food, good service and reasonable prices. Both the Greek salad and 2 pasta dishes were very good, and the wines by the glass were very good, and at a reasonable price. Nice secluded outdoor terrace also. We will probably go back and eat there again before we leave town.

We went here for breakfast and ordered French toast with bacon and strawberries and omelet with mushrooms.

I must say this is one of the best French toasts I've had. It had the right amount of sweetness. Strawberries were so fresh.

Omelette was not the best but definitely above average.

The ambiance is very pretty and clean.

    I recommend this place.

Food was excellent. Had myself some pork belly with wilted leaves and some amazing sauce. Really good full stop service is not fast food speeds style but fitted perfectly with the ambience

Cafe Paradiso is a gem of Cape Town. The food is delicious and the ambiance is unbeatable. I love their risotto, but everything is tasty. There are some nice outdoor seating options, which is great on a warm day. There is also a nice bar inside, making it a fun place to come for drinks or a nicer, more upscale meal.

Great environment, good service. Wasn't totally thrilled by the gnocchi, but my boyfriend loved his pork belly. And their lemon meringue is truly the best we've ever had.

Always top notch, a great setting and superb food offering. Kids welcome and entertained with their own cooking/prepping area. Could be a better soft drink offering for those not imbibing.

Great 3 course dinner. Would have given five stars but service was a bit slow. Took about two hours for three courses. With that being said , this is the first restaurant I've actually liked in CT that I would consider returning to based on food. Lovely! Thanks!
