We tried the Vegan Tasting Menu and it was a true foodie experience. The combination of different flavours and textures was a joy for the palate and an artist couldn't have plated the food more beautifully. Gregory, the sommelier, did a wonderful wine pairing job and each glass complimented the meals superbly. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and just being in the classy (but not over-the-top posh) Azure Restaurant with tasteful ocean-inspired interior design and a cosy fireplace was a wonderful experience. Will definitively be back!
