Central location. Free travel buddy with city guide, internet and free local calls. Budget accommodation which includes breakfast. Fabulous staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms. Upper floors are quieter. Has a bar. Oldest hotel in Cape Town.
Looks better in pictures. Could use an upgrade. Staff is super friendly. No parking. Passage lights are automated, makes it really scary. Has very vintage feel, gorgeous wooden floors. Not a bad place; just won't be going back anytime soon.
It could be better. No private parking provided but the breakfast is awesome
Hotel very central and stuff didn't disappoint, felt like my sevond home. My kids and I loved it.
Advantage is City centre. Rest every thing is average. Good for 1-2 days stay. Not a business hotel and don't recommend for long stay.
Bargain Breakfast Buffet. Unlimited bacon for under a hundred rand. My review is meaningless compard to that fact.
Old and dated. I wouldn't reccomend it to anyone. A definite no. Filthy bathrooms. Hard beds.
3 star hotel. Nice and clean
Great staff. Room was a little small though. Location is brilliant if you wanna go out.
Now that I know - I won't be staying there while in Cape Town
Its almost unbelievable that an establishment founded in 1750 is not on the tongues of everybody in and around Cape Town! If it wasn't for some relatives coming to Cape town for business purposes and the company booking the venue because it happens to be right in the heart of the business district and almost intersects with St. Georges Mall. It seems to be clean enough but small and the decorations are not bad but snazzii in its own way..
It suggested in a very nice place close to everything.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. It has a very relaxed and cozy feeling. Even if it's small it still feels like you have your privacy and space!!! Will definitely come again
A quiet place well located at the centre of Capetown
Went there for a buffet style breakfast. The food was nice, but the service was average. Would I go there again? Probably not if I was paying.
Was impressed by the friendliness of Pule and the ladies in the kitchen . The Indian lady at the reception was excellent. Pule keep it up a good place is beyond the facilities
