I feel they do not deserve the final star because of the so much staircase climbing it felt like a hike every time I go to Apartment 50 or going out.

The service, the staff, the pool AWESOME! But how am I forgetting the table maintain view from one of the rooms of apartment 50!!!! Check out below

A wonderful accommodation just outside of the city centre. Spacious rooms with free WiFi. A great and relaxing pool and deck next to an in-house bar and restaurant. Affordable and worthwhile!

We enjoyed our stay at the Best Western hotel in Cape Town. It was centrally located and the staff was great. It didn't have all the upscale amenities we would have appreciated but for the cost of the stay vs. the service the value was well worth it.

Lovely suites. Very friendly and helpful staff. Prepared take away breakfast packs for those early morning starts. Quiet location. Reasonably priced.

Nice and quiet hotel. Stuffs are very friendly. Free shuttle bus to airport. Location is a bit away from attractions (15 mins walk), but in the foothill of Table mountain. Great view.

I had an amazing stay! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel is central, lovely, clean big rooms! The free shuttle service was just the cherry on top. I really enjoyed my stay.

If you have to stay over in Cape Town for any reason The Best Western Hotel is situated perfectly. Close to all freeways, airport and V&A waterfront.

I stayed in a 2 bedroomed apartment. I really enjoyed the space. It was nice and clean. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable!

The breakfast was really good!

I did not use the pool, so cannot comment on that.

The hotel is very central which was nice. This is more of a 'sleep-over' place. Ideal for people to of Cape Town, and suitable for a group of people/family.

The staff in general were not friendly at all. I expected the warmth I mostly get when I visit Cape Town.
You can definitely improve on that.

It gets very noisy at night, close to the restaurant area. It did not seem like the staff did anything to keep the noise levels of guests down. This was very late at night.

Parking was an issue - I struggled to find parking close to my unit.

This is not a luxury hotel, but I did really enjoy my stay. It is good value for money.

I can recommend this for the basic traveller.

As I write this it is 02h30 am I cannot sleep, itching all over my body. The room is smells cigarette and very stuffy. The only sliding door providing fresh air in the bedroom does not open. I reported this on arrival but no assistance provided though promised. The bed is like a boat in the middle. Outside passages very dirty as well. I am looking to move somewhere el

Located close to the city centre, V&A Waterfront and other amenities. However that's where it ends. We had a stove that didn't work, bathroom doors that didn't close and missing lightbulbs. Also had some dust. Parking is also a problem. Parking bays should be numbered at one per unit. However we had to park far away due to a trailer of all vehicles.
