Amazing venue for weddings! The Hauke Wedding Films team has shot lots of incredible weddings at Avianto. The also treat wedding suppliers very well which makes it a delight working there!

Absolutely gorgeous upmarket hotel with a rustic Tuscan theme.
When built, the decor was designed to look "olden" and rustic. In places, now it just looks old. The chapel especially looks worse for wear on the outside.
On the other hand, the place has undergone massive expansion. The entire estate is undergoing massive expansion.
They now boast sports facilities, MTV tracks, a clubhouse and more.
Would be nice to see them preserving the original spirit of the venue rather than chasing expansion in the interest of financial pursuits.

Me& my husband got married in November 2017 at Avianto. And I will like to say everything about their wedding venues is very beautiful and of high standards. We were very impressed with the services, staff and all the recommended listed suppliers.
Avianto gave us our beautiful, intimate,fairytale wedding.

Had to be there to feel the thrill of this superb place. Worth the five star rating. From fine dining and good Sunday lunches to family fun days with exciting mtb trails and tennis or mere hiking. Beauty, splendour and serenity beyond words

This is a wonderful place to have a wedding, it is about 15 minute drive from a Mall. Found near a river, Quite. Tranquillity is a word I would use for the garden setting. The staff at the venue will give you their best and more. All you have to do is ask for the service that would inspire them

If u want a tranquil place withiut having to drive forever out of Joburg then Avianto is your best choice. Just 25 minutes iut if the bustling city. Great as a wedding venue. Also as a conference venue.Take your significant other for a day out. They also have absolutely fabulous guided walks for those of you that who like staying healthy. Mountain bike trailing is also available.

Exquisite room and gardens. Let down by safe in room that is not big enough to store a laptop and blocked drain in shower. Supper was very good, breakfast very average, so mixed experience, overaĺl I would go back.

Beautiful Gem that feels so far away from the city and yet a stone's throw from the highway. Lovely atmosphere, really green and the rustic infrastructure gives it a real foreign feel. The catering is also exquisite.

Venue is beautiful. But disappointing hotel due to lack of attention to finer details. Rooms noisy late at night as all you hear are Air-conditioner motors running - too loud. Hardly slept. No phone in room to call front desk. Pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced in any hotel. Staff friendly and hospitable. Food excellent. Views and gardens breathtaking.
