Very friendly and helpful staff. Small touches ie free coffee station in the morning is nice, but maintenance needs work as a lot of things are not working anymore.

Well located and modern designed facilities. Great indoor and out door space for getting together and also business meetings. Pool are well sheltered and private. Rooms standard and well equipted. No noise from busy roads can be heard inside.

Excellent Hotel! I have stayed at City Lodge Hotel on a number of occasions whilst travelling for business. Rooms are neat and stylish. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is served in the hotel. Supper, can be eaten at any restaurant at Lynnwood Bridge. Choices to cater for any pallate. All within 100m walking distance. Secure parking is provided to Hotel guests, free of charge.

Everything you need and want and can expect from a corporate hotel chain. All the boxes ticked. Except the breakfast chef. She was amazing. Great personality. Breath of fresh air in any establishment. She needs a bigger platform :-)

Great location, nice facility and friendly staff. This is my first experience with City Lodge and it's a good impression. Across the street are several great restaurants and shops so there's much to do with in walking distance.

Rooms neat and clean. After many visits finally free WiFi. Front desk very helpful, kind and professional. Lady doing eggs not so friendly but the other restaurant staff pleasant.

Got and sat down, no one came to ask if I wanted something to eat. Went to the counter, waited for 5 minites without help. Went and sat down, no one bothered coming over to me. Poor customer service 👎👎

Nice and tidy rooms; however no refrigerator in rooms, some from desk staffs are not friendly at all, there are no sitting area at the lobby and the worst thing is they have a 100 years old wake up call system and they forget the wake up calls. I have requested several times and they never gave me a wake up call. Thanks to the Breakfast manager though, he ensured halal food throughout my stay at that hotel.
