I went all the way to Cape Town SMG to purchaee a M135i as the service at Midrand BMW sucked! The salesman spoke like he was part of the kardashian family, not humble, slow and attitude!

I am sad to only have read these reviews now after i took my vehicle to this dealership 2 days ago and it is still stuck with them. Poor communication within their teams (service adviser, technician, foreman) and with the customer. Technician recommended purchase of 2 new tyres that apparently have abnormal wear due to improper alignment all this before he even diagnose the alignment on the vehicle. I had to be tough on the service adviser in order to speak with the foreman technicians not allowed to speak to customers - first time i hear of a dealer with such a rule. Eventually went there to speak with foreman who has a different view from his technician. All along i have to call them several times just to find out the status of the work they are doing, they don't return calls as promised. Just VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE and WORKMANSHIP. I just need to get my vehicle back and NEVER AGAIN will I use this dealership!

Took my BMW for a service, it was explained to me that the brakes was still fine but they replaced it for me anyway. A week later I had a vibration on the steering wheel, took it back on a friday and received it back the same day, thet explained that they had to replace some brackets and the problem was sorted. A week later the vibration was back. Im to scared to take my car back to them, and hace to take a day of from work to go to a dealer near my home 40km from work. And this is my only mode of transport. BAD BAD BAD

Worst bmw I ever visited. Took my car for service and I mentioned the Service person that car head light was too low and he took a note. But then I received my car same night i was driving and people were fighting with me because aim was too high. I called them next day so I can speak to someone who can help. Reseptionist lady transferred me somewhere. lady picked up the phone i think she was new or a tea lady. Somebody supposed to call me but no one called since now. 👎👎👎👎👎

Worst BMW dealer I have been too. They don't give good service. Went there in an Ethios to buy and X5 and was given no service. Bought an X5 and 125i from Sandton_Auto BMW that has amazing service. Took the X5 too Midrand for a routine service and they want to keep the car overnight only letting you know last minute and making no plans to help you get transport. Have had this happen to 2 colleagues as well. Would never use this BMW, it's an embarrassment to the brand of BMW

I took my mini for service and was told that i had to replace a water pump. I did give consent to replace it and when i came later to collect the vehicle, i asked to see the leaking water pump that was replaced. i was told if i want to see that part i should pay for it. I paid to replace the water pump and how is it that i should pay again to see the replaced part?

I haven't heard the best service here and today was even worse. I brought in my for diagnosis and I was told I will get a call within an hour or two. I didn't get call so I decided to call around 1pm. I was told sorry we can't assist today as we are understaff you will have to fetch your car tomorrow or book another day in a week's time. The driver picks me up and I was made to wait for a while before I can be given my car.
