Quick on the service BUT DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE HERE! eg brakes etc We took my wife's car to them for a standard service, they let us know the brakes needed to be changed. Both of the rear brakes were completely finished we asked the price for those two and was told it'll be just over R5000 !!! I told my wife to decline we drove to Supa Quick that same day and got both the brakes done (pads and disk included) with 2 brand new tyres for less then Toyota asked for brakes only that is utterly ridiculious! ANY CUSTOMERS YOU'LL SAVE ALOT OF MONEY BY DRIVING 1KM DOWN THE ROAD TO SUPA QUICK! 50-60% OF TOYOTA'S PRICE ATLEAST.

Service is super slow and they give their undivided attention to mainly white people had to wait 45min to get attention and manager is nowhere to be seen

Make sure all the parts for your service are ordered in advance, otherwise you are going to wait 2+ days for your car.

The worst customer services.
I went to go test drive the etios cross and i was treated as if i was waisting time.

Poor service, am not happy, my car radio is not working, they told me that they will check my extended warranty and come back to me. they have not come back to me with anything. Everytime i call they say they will check and came back to me, it been a 7 weeks now with no feedback.

Offered me a free tea while I waited. Got a free shuttle to my house and back. Unfortunately they don't care much for your vehicle at all. After paying I saw a Toyota employee driving my car out of the service station. He just assumed I owned the car, didn't even check my receipt. Anyone could have just taken the car and left. They make you sign a waiver which revokes them of any responsibility. My point is, what would I have done if a random guy just took my car and left. They won't care because legally I can't hold them responsible. The car was also a mess inside and they didn't even bother to stamp my service history booklet or put the service sticker on the car. Really dissapointed, also forgot my bottle of ferrari colone in the car needless to say it's missing.

This Toyota Menlyen, is one of the best Toyota I have ever been to. the staff their is excellent and the management is outstanding. They have alot of refreshment while you wait for your car to be worked on. Well Done Toyota Menlyen Team.
