Service is alright, but the advertised number is never answered (phone head office instead). The car was also not clean inside on arrival.

When returning the vehicle (I was in a rush) and assumed that my deposit would be returned after I received the thumbs up from the vehicle inspector. It was not. Make sure to resolve the deposit while you still have leverage otherwise you might have to do a lot of following up.

Arrived today to collect pre-booked car only to find long line of customers ahead of me also waiting for cars and then being informed none are available. Manager is very rude with don't care attitude. Avoid this branch if you value your time and money.

Hired a car on the 24th of November. Gave me the wrong car and charged over R4900 deposit, then received correct car and charged a further R1200 and was promised the R4900 back the next day. To date have not received any funds back!!!! Really shocking service- promised to get it sorted phoned 4 times and no feedback- if I dont keep calling who knows I wont get the funds returned????
