Fantastic atmosphere and ambiance. Great service. Amazing shareable dishes. If you’re looking for Asian infused hybrid tapas, this is your place. Call ahead for a reservation. Lost a star as it took nearly 30 minutes for our dessert (a slice of cheesecake) to be delivered to the table. Not sure if this is normal? Either way, I highly recommend Asoka and would definitely dine there again.

The atmosphere was very nice, the service great and there was a live band. The fact that you have to make a booking first was an issue. We had to stand outside for more than 40 min. Not cool

Great food, great ambiance, good service. I highly recommend this place for a date night. I'd give it 5 stars but they gave me a room temperature beer, I didn't wanna complain on date night. But then I asked for a cold one once I was done with my warm beer. She came back she said they don't have cold beer. But still a great place, my girlfriend left happy so I was happy.

Beautiful venue with romantic tables available around a fairy-light lit tree. Service was impeccable from all waitrons. The food was different and delicious as one would expect from fusion cuisine. We love sharing plates so worked perfectly for us, but might be different for someone not fond of sharing. Special shout out to the cocktails!

Stunning ambiance. Great service. Only thing is not enough seating. You have to buy a bottle of alcohol or spend a certain amount to get a decent table or you get left standing while tables are "reserved" for high alcohol spenders. Great music

Definitely a must! It is a well rounded experience with amazing food, tasty cocktails and vibey music. The portions are not for the hungry but still worth it nonetheless. If you're a Deep House fan, you've found a home. I can't wait to go back and am sad it took me so long to go.

Food was awesome! Service was really great. We were staying just down the street. They offered lots of great recommends for us. The atmosphere was a 5 out of 5 and even thought the prices were beyond reasonable. Would absolutely go back.

Well what a nice surprise. A gem in the middle of the city. The food is excellent the vibe is awesome and the service is great. You don't wait long for your food and the presentation is appealing and top notch. And added feature is the DJ that mixes in smoothly with the vibe and takes you on a trip with some house music. Dance, drink and eat - has the makings of a magical evening.

One of the best bars in Cape Town Asoka has got an excellent Indian decor with fantastic service and food. Being quite popular the restaurant and bar area get really crowded. They also have an excellent collection of wine and tapas.

Great vibe. Something fro everyone. Starts off with a jazz band and then follows up with a dj but you get there and almost every table is reserved and in our case we had a very rude waitress but everyone else was great.

The ambiance is great, quite romantic actually. Love the outdoors feel in the center of the room. Cocktails are to die for.

Asoka is a great venue if you like an upmarket vibe with stylish folk. Personally I think they make some of the best cocktails in the city - something they've been doing consistently for years. The vibe, crowd and music do vary so keep an eye out, or call for info.

I have been here a few times and it has always been a great experience.  The decor is absolutely amazing and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

I love the drinks menu.  The cocktails are some of the best I have ever had.  The slow roasted lamb is a must have.  Also tried the salads on previous occasions and loved it.

It is perfect for an intimate dinner or just drinks with friends.
